Team Zizz collects your name and contact information when you donate. We may use the information you have provided to contact you about Team Zizz projects. We will hold your records securely in accordance with the Privacy Principles of the Privacy Act 1993. By donating, you are consenting to receive communications from us. You can opt out of any of these communications using the ‘unsubscribe’ button at the bottom of emails, or by contacting us.
Team Zizz will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties, unless we have your permission or are required to by law. If you have previously agreed to us using your personal information, you may change your mind at any time by contacting us. You may also request details of the information we collect about you.
The information you provide to us, including payment information, is held securely and our card handling procedures meet the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) for an organisation of our size. Team Zizz does not store credit card numbers on their servers. All credit card numbers are only stored and tokenised in a secure location by our PCI compliant payment gateways.
Your donations will help Team Zizz fund the work of Len Lye, however if you gave an incorrect amount or want to organise a refund for your donation, please contact us within 48 hours of your donation being made.
Making a regular donation to Team Zizz saves time and money, and is a more sustainable way to help bring more of Len Lye’s kinetic works to the community.
If you opt to make a regular donation to Team Zizz, we will periodically debit your account for the agreed amount at the frequently selected by you. The first donation under this automatic payment arrangement will occur on the date you make your first donation. The second and subsequent drawings will occur regularly, at the frequency and amount you requested.
If you want to make changes to the drawing arrangements, please contact us at least five (5) business days prior to the next donation date. Changes may include: deferring the drawing; altering the frequency; altering the amount; stopping an individual debit; change of account details; cancelling the automatic payment completely. Please send all enquiries to us rather than to your financial institution in the first instance, but please do not send credit card information to us via email.
If you believe that a donation has been initiated incorrectly, please contact us.
Please ensure that on the drawing date there are sufficient cleared funds in the nominated account. Please also advise us if the nominated account is transferred or closed. We reserve the right to cancel your automatic payment if two (2) or more donations are returned unpaid, but we will attempt to contact you by telephone and/or email to arrange an alternative payment method or new credit card details.
